Refund policy
At LABELLA ROSE we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We have developed our returns policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to help.
1. GENERAL
You have 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. It is also essential that you can provide proof of purchase or receipt.
2. DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
It is essential that you check the condition of the items immediately upon receipt of your order. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged or if you have accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the problem and provide the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
3. EXCHANGE & RETURN

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within five working days after receipt of the return shipment. Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: fill in the return form Download the return form here and fill it in completely.
Step 2: send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within five working days.
4. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY ACROSS THE EUROPEAN UNION Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without giving a reason. As previously stated, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase.
5. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will immediately notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount will automatically be credited back to the original payment method you used, and this will be processed within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to fully process the refund and reflect it in your account.
